Everything Organized Employment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to give us a realistic picture of you and your abilities — to find out exactly what makes you tick. It is also designed as a two-way appraisal, to give you insight into the way we work and for you to see if we are a good fit for you.  The recruitment process comprises of the following three stages:

Stage 1

The recruitment process starts with you making an application online. This can be done with or without current employment opportunities.  If we have current employment needs they will be posted by location under "Employment Opportunities"  If we do not have any current employment opportunities, your application/resume will be held in our employment data base.  Please be advised that all front line professional organizing positions are casual/part time.

After you have applied online, ‘accept’ the personal Data Privacy Statement. Everything Organized* is legally obliged to obtain your authorization to collect and process your personal data.

Application information: You will enter the online application form by providing your e-mail address, which will uniquely identify your application and allow us to quickly and easily communicate with you throughout the recruitment process. In the online application form, you will be asked for your personal and educational data and your resume, and you will have the possibility to attach documents. The form can also include some questions relevant to the selected vacancy. Please have your resume available electronically so that you can copy and paste it into our online application form.

Stage 2

The Personality Profiling Quiz is the next step along the way for those going forward.  You will be sent an email requesting you to complete the test online and submit electronically. The Personality Profiling Quiz will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Based on the information you've provided both in your online application and via the online Personality Profiling Quiz, we can now make an informed decision on whether your skills meet the requirements of the position you applied for and whether Everything Organized* is the best environment to utilize your talents and achieve your goals.

Stage 3

The interviews are a two way appraisal: an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to learn more about us. During that time, we'll ask you questions which are are focused around determining if you have the characteristics we feel are important to succeed at Everything Organized*. These characteristics include self motivation, leadership, collaboration and problem-solving.

During your interview process, you'll meet with a small panel of Everything Organized* team members who will conduct the interview and answer your specific questions about our work and about the company. After the interviews, we'll determine whether or not to offer you a position with Everything Organized*.  We anticipate that the process should typically take no longer than three weeks from the time you are invited to interview.
