A dear friend of mine passed away in the Spring of 2009. She and I had previously made arrangements for me to assist her out of province Executrix and therefore assumed responsibility of preparing the home for resale. As I work full time as the Executive Director for the Centre for Seniors Information (CSI) I did not know how I could accomplish such a huge undertaking. I had the good fortune of knowing Kim and about her company called Everything Organized*. I called Kim and explained the situation. She was understanding and very thorough in her analysis of the situation. She spent time asking relevant questions and ensured that she understood the parameters of the sale as well as limitations regarding the estate. I was amazed at the work that was accomplished in four days. Kim and the Everything Organized* Team worked very hard and the results were truly astounding. What started out as an uncared for and rundown home turned into a space that was bright, clean and had great curb appeal. I was so impressed I brought the listing Realtor to show off their results. She too was impressed and within one week an offer was accepted and the property sold. I could not have completed this onerous task by myself and would recommend Kim and the Everything Organized* Team to anyone that requires this type of important and truly unique service.
